Billing & Plans
Veriva bills per-seat, per-month, in USD. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe. You can manage cards, download invoices, and cancel at any time from the customer portal.

Seat counting
A seat is any OrgMember row with a role of OWNER, ADMIN, or MEMBER. We reconcile seats once a month against Stripe. If you add members mid-cycle, the next invoice pro-rates the difference.
Bots aren't seats
Free 14-day Pro trial
Every new org gets 14 days of Pro. No card required. The trial ends automatically on Org.trialEndsAt and the org downgrades to Hobby unless a card is on file. We send two warning emails (day 7 and day 13) and show an in-app banner during the last 72 hours.
Usage ceilings
- Per-PR cost ceiling — $0.50 (Pro) or $2.00 (Ultra) per pipeline run. When a run exceeds the ceiling, remaining LLM stages are skipped and a
BUDGET_EXCEEDEDfinding is emitted. - Monthly PR ceiling — Plan-dependent. Enforced in the enrich stage; excess PRs still get STATIC but skip AI review.
- Banner alerts — at 80% and 100% of monthly ceiling.
Self-serve actions
- Upgrade / downgrade —
/dashboard/settings/billing→ Stripe Checkout. - Update card / download invoices — Same page → "Customer portal" link.
- Cancel — Stripe portal. Retains data under the retention policy below.
- Reactivate within 30 days — Picks up where you left off.
Retention after cancellation
Cancelled orgs enter a 30-day soft-delete grace window. After 30 days, PRs, findings, and logs are hard-deleted per the retention policy (PRs indefinite while subscribed, AI call logs 90 days, audit log 1 year). You can always request an export before cancellation from /dashboard/settings/export.
